Minimum Stay required:
Low season: 3 nights
High season: 5 nights
Peak season: 7 nights

Villa booking procedures below:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- The payment should be in US Dollars.
- Payment must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant invoice to be sent and otherwise the booking might not materialized.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
- The remaining due balance should be settle prior arrival at the villa (within 30 days for Low season, 45 days in High Season and 61 days in Peak Season booking.
- Less of 30 days of booking made than full payment prior arrival is required.

Cancellation Policy:
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing either by Fax or email prior due date of arrival at the villa.
- Deposit will be refunded in full less US$300.00 unless the booking is cancelled at 45 days or more prior to arrival in Low season and in High and Peak season booking should be notice at 61 days prior due date of arrival.
- In the event of reservation is cancelled exceed from time duration notice above, and however the deposit has been paid will be non-refundable and full payment from the total transaction is obligate.
- Balance Payments is non-refundable.
