Villa Gracia Bali comprise of 6 unit villas: Two larger units with two bedrooms and Two smaller units with one bedroom located in Seminyak area. Villa Gracia Bali accommodation is PRIVACY and COMFORT, sister company of Grania Bali Villas so our vacationing guests who stay at our villas will feel completely at home and/or consider our place as their second home away from home in Bali.

Our main goal is to provide you with the best personalized service so you will have the utmost experience and a peace of mind during your stay in Bali. Our dedicated, knowledgeable and experienced staff will work as a team in providing you with the best support services possible. Hopefully with this experience, you will be our repeat customers in the future.

Designed as a relaxing Villa Resort where privacy is foremost, Gracia Bali Villas affords you the freedom to come and go as you desire. Our team of staff has been trained to be discreet and unobtrusive whereby you hardly even know they are around as they go about their duties. Your personal space will be respected at all times and staff will only enter your bedroom to clean upon seeking prior permission. Should you wish to be left completely alone at any time throughout the duration of your stay, simply inform the staff or the Operation Manager so that this request can be duly accommodated.

For your convenience, it is possible for the villa to be cleaned on a daily basis during normal working hours at a pre-arranged time or while you are out. We can also organize for your preferred choice of groceries or take-away restaurant meals to be delivered to the villa without having to disturb you.

Villa Gracia Rooms

THE COMPOUND
Gracia Bali Villas consist of 6 unit villas: Two larger units with two bedrooms and Two smaller units with one bedroom.
- Each unit has a fully equipped kitchenette, private swimming pool, tropical garden, living room, and its own private entrance.
- Each larger unit sits on a 250 square meters land. The master bedroom is on the ground floor facing the pool, whereas the second bedroom is on the upper level.
- Each smaller unit sits on a 150 square meters land. It only has one bedroom which faces the pool.

THE ROOMS – each room is provided by a reading table
The two larger units:
- The master bedroom is beautifully set with king size bed on the lower level, whereas the second bedroom is set with twin size beds on the upper level. Upon request, these beds can be put next to each other to create a “bigger bed” for your convenience. Living room is located in front of the master bedroom in the open area facing private pool.
The two smaller units:
- The bedroom is also beautifully set with king size bed. The living room sits next to the bedroom facing private pool.

LIVING ROOMS
Each unit has a living room provided by a 32” flat screen TV, Music Audio, DVD Player and a sofa to sit on and relax while watching TV, listening to the music or have a nice visit with family members or friends.

Villa Gracia Services Facilities

SWIMMING POOLS
Each unit has its own private pool which measures 3 X 7 meters with the depth from 1.10 to 1.30 meters designed particularly for adult use. The materials use for the bottom and the side of the pools are green color natural stone. Next to the pool are two lounge chairs provided with towels for resting, reading or sunbathing under the sun.

THE GARDENS
A nicely landscaped garden with colorful tropical flowers, green grass as well as palm trees, well maintained by our experienced gardeners, embellish the walkway welcoming our guests in each unit of Gracia Bali Villas.

THE KITCHENETTE
Each unit has an alcove containing cooking facilities such as mini stoves, a small refrigerator, cooking utensils which include cutleries, pots and pans, cutting board, knives, high quality dinner sets, wine glasses, etc.
This kitchenette is provided for the benefit of our guests to feel “ completely at home” to enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner.

EXTRA BEDS
For an additional cost per night, we can provide extra rolling beds should our guests request them. They can be installed on the second floor for the larger two bedroom unit, or on the first floor for the smaller one bedroom unit.

THE STAFF
Our housekeeping staff are experienced and well dedicated. They will provide daily breakfast, clean the villa and do some errands when needed.
Our staff consists of: Room service, Security guards, Custodians, Office Administrator, Butler, who is in charge of taking orders from our guests and Operational Manager who will be in charge of all operational necessities of Gracia Bali Villas.
Should guests need a cook to prepare with lunch or dinner, we provide outsourcing staff who will cook in our kitchen for an additional fee. 24 hours advance notice is required for this request.

THE GUESTS SERVICE
- Housekeeping and errand service in Gracia Bali Villa starts from 07:00 until 23:00.
- Between 23:00 until 07:00 the following morning Gracia Bali Villas will be guarded by Security Officers.
- Administrative Office opens between 09:00 and 17:00
- Regular hour for Sales and Reservation is between 09:00 and 17:00.
- In order to make your stay more enjoyable at Gracia Bali Villas, our butler will be more than happy to make arrangement requested by our guests for example: Car Rental, Motor cycle, Bicycle, Tour of Bali Island, Flight Confirmation, Ticket Reservation, Spa Reservation, Water Sport activities, Baby sitting, and so on.
