Villa standard check-in/out time:
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : before 11:00
- Late Check-Out until 16:00 hrs is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day. Late Check-Out until 18:00 hrs will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 hrs will be charged at full nightly rate.

Minimum stay requirements:
Low season: 3 night
High season: 5 night
Peak season: 7 night

Booking term and condition:
- A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received by the villa within five (5) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given. Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD150.00, if the reservation is canceled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). In the event a reservation is canceled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy
For bookings that are canceled 36 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$ 250 administrative fee. For bookings that are canceled 35 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable. Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail). In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and the booking is canceled, the guest will be responsible for the payment.
