Rates above are inclusive of benefits:
- One time round trip Airport transfer.
- Welcome drink and cold towel upon arrival.
- Welcome American breakfast (first morning only).
- Fruit basket and flower arrangement upon arrival.
- Wi-Fi internet connection.
- Fully staff: house maid, gardener, pool attendant.

Additional charges:
* Cook at additional IDR 150.000
* Additional guest above 7 years old require an extra bed at USD 30/night/person
* Baby cot/high chair is at an extra charge of IDR 50.000/item/night

Seasonal periods:
Low season: Jan 9 – Jun 30, Sep 16 – Dec 18, except Chinese New Year and Easter week
High season: Sep 1 – 15, Chinese New Year and Easter week
Peak season: Aug 1 – 31, Dec 19 – Jan 8

Villa standard check-in/out time:
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : before 11:00
- Late Check-Out until 16:00 hrs is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day. Late Check-Out until 18:00 hrs will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 hrs will be charged at full nightly rate.

Minimum stay requirements:
Low season: 2 night
High season: 3 night
Peak season: 5 night

Villa maximum occupancy: 6 adults

Booking term and condition
- A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received by the villa within five (5) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given. Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:
- Notice of cancellation must be received by villa in writing by fax or email at least 30 days prior to arrival for Low Season, 45 days prior to arrival for High Season and 60 days for Peak Season bookings.
- Deposit will be refunded in full less US$300.00, if the booking is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival the deposit will be forfeited or non refundable.
- Final Payments are non-refundable.
