Seasonal periods:
Low Season:Jan 9th – 20th, Jan 27th – April 3rd, April 12th – May 31st, Sept 16th – Dec 19th
High Season:January 21st – 26th , April 4th – 11th, June 1st – Sept 15th
Peak Season:Dec 20th – Jan 10th, 2013

Minimum stay required:
Low Season : 3 nights
High Season : 5 nights
Peak Season : 7 nights

The villa standard check in/out time:
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : before 12:00
- In case late check-out until 18:00 will charge additional cost at 50% from one night villa rate, and full one night rate should be charge for check-out after 18:00.

Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars.
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

Cancellation Policy:
- Notice of cancellation must be given in writing, deposits and final payments are non refundable.
