Seasonal periods:
Low : January 9 to July 14, September 16 to December 14 (not including Easter week).
High : July 15 to July 31, September 1 to September 15 (Easter Week and Chinese New Year week).
Peak : August 1 – 31, 15 – January 8 (Christmas & New Year Period).

Minimum stay requirements:
- Low Season : 2 nights
- High Season : 7 nights
- Peak Season : 10 nights

Villa standart check-in / check out time:
- Check-in time: 14.00
- Check-out time: 12.00
- Late check-out from 18.00 till 20.00 is considered as day use. It will apply 50% of one night rate and subject to room availability.

Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars.
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 250.00 if the reservation is cancelled at 61 days or more prior to arrival date(91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.
