All rates quoted by USD per night and subject 16% to Government tax & Service Charge.
Rates above are inclusive of benefits:
- One time round trip Airport transfer ( 1 x transfer in & 1 x transfer out )
- Welcome drink on your arrival.
- Staman Asri standard daily breakfast.
- Daily Housekeeping & linen service.
- 3 staff are available during the day at the villa.
Seasonal periods:
Low Season : 6th January – 30 June, Exclude Easter week and 11 September – 9th December
High season : Easter week, 1 – 31 July and 1 – 10 December
Peak season : 1 – 31st August and 10 December – 5th January
Minimum Stay Requirements:
Low season : 3 nights
High season : 4 nights
Peak season : 4 nights
The villa standard check in/out time:
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : before 12:00
- In case late check-out until 18:00 will charge additional cost at 50% from one night villa rate, and full one night rate should be charge for check-out after 18:00.
Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars.
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
Cancellation Policy:
If the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded minus US$500.00* OR 5% of the total booking value (whichever is greater). IMPORTANT: Reservations cancelled 60 days or less prior to arrival, are subject to a complete forfeiture of payment to compensate The Management for the time and effort involved in making a booking and to compensate the owner for the loss of other potential bookings that have been turned down once a booking has been confirmed. The Management requires that all cancellations be notified in writing. (email is acceptable.)
Insurance
The guest is advised to have travel insurance, for the unlikely event of an illness, accident, loss of
personal items and other travel contingencies during the travel or stay in Bali.
Function
If you wish to host function or wedding at the villa should be informed in advance to the villa management or booking agent and otherwise the booking will not be accepted prior confirmation.
Damages, breakages or losses
Guests are responsible for any breakages or damages incurred at the villa and agree to look after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition. Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay. Villa Cahaya reserves the right to reclaim the hired property if the hirer, members of the guest party or guest visitors cause excessive damage or mess.
